Founder & CEO
Ali grew up around real estate and had a keen interest in development and home building since childhood. He bought his first property in 2016 in Richmond Hill, ON and a year later started his first development project in Lloydminster, AB — founding EcoLux Developments in 2017.
He brings over 13 years of experience in engineering, project management and risk management to his journey as a developer, and is passionate about sustainability and conscious capitalism — striving to utilize the latest technologies and building science to improve energy efficiency and comfort in buildings.
